RETURNS FOR FAULTY ITEMS

We try our hardest to ensure that when items are created and sent to you they arrive in mint condition, however we know that as humans we carry a measure of error with us. If you receive an item that is faulty we offer a full refund or store credit on proof of fault, we will require you to send us a photo to our admin team, or we will send you out shipping labels for you to send the item back then we will access the damage. Please note that if an item that has been returned and has been deemed ok then the customer will need to pay for shipping for the item to be resent. If an item is thought to be faulty but is not damaged but returned within our ‘change of mind’ period specified below then we will offer refund if the item is sellable.

Please note that our refund for faulty items options can only apply for certain unworn items such as socks. These items must be returned in their original condition and with original packaging to meet the criteria for a refund. Please email us to proceed with a refund

If you are seeking a refund, or to return an item you will nee to send us an email, and send the item (s) back within the specified time frame. All faulty items have a 20 day period post receiving your order to send it back. Please note that when you send an item back to BAYK you will need to send us the tracking information also.

If you send something back and it is deemed faulty then we will offer a replacement or a store credit, or a refund depending on what the customer would prefer, stock numbers and whether the product is on hand or discontinued. 


CHANGE OF MIND CONDITIONS

Customer satisfaction is very important to us but we understand that peoples taste and styles vary. If you place an order with us and aren’t happy with it, please email us ASAP to organise a return and refund or store credit.

Change of mind is only valid for 7 days after the courier service says it has delivered the order. If you change your mind after that it will be on staff discretion whether to approve the refund. Please email us to organise a return. For change of mind you only have 7 days to send it back. If the customer chooses to return an item due to change of mind they will have to arrange shipping and send BAYK the tracking details. Only when we have received your order will we process a refund or store credit.

 

For items to be refunded for change of mind they must be:

  • Still in a saleable condition
  • Must not be worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  • Must be returned (posted) within 7 days of arrival of order.

When you return an item please make sure you have a piece of paper with your name and order number.


Our ‘change of mind’ policy is void if any of the following apply:

  • You have worn, washed and damaged the item
  • You have altered the item in any way
  • You got it on sale or on an outlet, in which case all orders are final sale
  • The order was purchased with a discount code, sale code, or promotional code.
  • The order is not shipped within 7 days of receiving the order.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

We totally understand how easy it is to order something the wrong size. If you do order the wrong size that’s ok, we can get it sorted. All you have to do is notify us as soon as you can. The best way would be to email us so we can start the process. If the item is the wrong size or you happen to want to exchange then you have 7 days to notify us and arrange shipping. For an exchange for a wrong size the postage and shipping will need to paid for by the customer, and BAYK will create you labels and invoice them to your email on your order.

Because we are dealing with fashions and footwear we do have a criteria that needs to be met for an exchange.

  • Items must be in sellable condition.
  • Items must be not worn and not washed.
  • Items must be in original packaging, with original tags and labelling in original condition.

Please also note that it may take a little time for items to be sent through in the mail, and it may take unto a week to process an exchange.
